The video itself remains under your control on whichever third-party storage service you used (e.g., Google Drive). You are responsible for setting the appropriate sharing permissions on that service and for revoking access once you have received your feedback if you wish to do so.

SwingOn will NOT use your video, name, image, or feedback content for marketing, promotional, advertising, or testimonial purposes without your separate, explicit written consent for that specific use.
